We are expanding our Quality Control (QC) Team in Chile to support the growing demand for high-quality, reliable payment solutions in the LATAM region.
Skillset / Knowledge base:
- EFT Switch / ATM / Cards / POS
- Messaging - ISO8583
- Simulators – VISA/ MasterCard
- Tools – Automation toolkit, JIRA
- Good Communication
- Problem solving ability
- Sensitivity to SLA management
- 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in payment systems, with a strong focus on ATM, Payment, and Cards domains.
- In-depth knowledge of payment schemes, networks, and the certification process.
- Proficient in payment applications and automation testing tools.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining test cases, scripts, and tracking/reporting bugs.
- Ability to conduct compliance and security testing for all deliverables.
- Must be experienced with Automation testing and JIRA.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
