- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MRB/Rework Coordinator to manage and coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) processes and product rework activities. This role is responsible for ensuring that non-conforming materials are properly identified, documented, and dispositioned in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate MRB Processes:
- Manage the flow of non-conforming material through MRB, including receiving, logging, and tracking Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Process appropriate dispositions (e.g., rework, repair, use-as-is, scrap).
- Operate a forklift (MonoLift Mast Reach Truck); Forklift certification must be obtained upon hire.".
- Maintain MRB inventory control.
- Rework Coordination:
- Follow rework instructions and coordinate with Quality and/or Manufacturing teams.
- Monitor the progress and status of rework activities, ensuring completed items meet quality standards.
- Maintain records and ensure traceability of all rework processes and outcomes.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Generate reports related to MRB and rework status and performance.
- Track rework outcomes, including time-to-completion and effectiveness.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Familiarity with MRB procedures and NCR handling.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/QMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Epicor).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Ability to work on the production floor and in warehouse environments.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, l75 lbs. rarely, and stand/walk for extended periods.
