What Your Day Will Look Like

Lead and define the quality strategy for our broadcast replay solutions, ensuring seamless software and hardware performance.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases to guarantee flawless product functionality.

Oversee functional, performance, and usability testing for broadcast systems, including both software and hardware components.

Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, providing detailed descriptions and reproduction steps.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Perform regression testing to ensure that bug fixes and new features don’t introduce additional issues.

Analyze test results and provide data-driven insights to drive continuous product improvement.

Stay ahead of industry advancements by keeping up with the latest broadcast technologies and QC best practices.

Work closely with the Operations team to troubleshoot customer issues and enhance product performance.

Tech Stack and Skill Requirements
Essential:
-
5+ years of experience in quality control testing, preferably in broadcast or video production.
-
Strong understanding of broadcast video formats, codecs, and signal processing.
-
Hands-on experience with ST2110 and NMOS is a must.

Familiarity with broadcast replay systems and workflows.

Expertise in various testing methodologies and tools.

Strong IT knowledge, including Windows OS, Networks, Storage, Databases, and Web.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git).
Preferred:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, broadcast technology, or a related field.

Experience with bug-tracking software (Jira, Bugzilla).

Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
