🔍 What You’ll Do
As a Quality Control Line Tech, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring product quality throughout the production process:
- Perform quality inspections using weight checks, measurements, and visual assessments
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production team members
- Ensure production processes meet all quality system requirements
- Operate lab and testing equipment such as pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers
- Maintain traceability and ensure proper labeling of materials on the production line
Requirements✅ What We’re Looking For
🔧 Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to perform basic math calculations using the metric system
- Basic computer skills, including ability to learn spreadsheets and documentation systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Effective communication skills for documenting and reporting quality issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
⭐ Preferred Experience
- 3–6 months of quality control or manufacturing experience in a similar role
