We are seeking an Experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our products consistently meet the highest food safety and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow their career in food quality assurance.

This is an ACTIVE, hands-on position. 100% of the work is performed on the plant floor and requires standing, walking, and climbing stairs throughout the shift.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed quality inspections of products, packaging, and equipment to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, including HACCP and USDA requirements.
  • Conduct routine product testing, including temperature, weight, pH, and other quality measurements, while accurately documenting results.
  • Monitor production processes and identify potential quality or food safety concerns.
  • Support quality audits by documenting findings and assisting with corrective actions for deviations or non-compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA records, logs, and documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to improve product quality, consistency, and food safety.
  • Provide guidance to production team members and participate in training related to quality and food safety standards.
Key Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, food production, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in food science, biology, chemistry, or a related field is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and quality control practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work 100% on the plant floor, including standing, walking, and climbing stairs throughout the shift.
  • Ability to routinely lift 30 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
