Zantech is looking for a talented Quality Assurance & Stakeholder Engagement Lead to contribute to the success of our upcoming Enterprise Business Transformation project in a Hybrid role based out of the Washington DC Metro area.
The Quality Assurance & Stakeholder Engagement Lead play a crucial role in:
- QA Support - Testing Strategy, EPLC Review (PRIMARY)
- Stakeholder Engagement - 15+ Federal Agencies (PRIMARY)
- Technical documentation
Summary:
The Quality Assurance & Stakeholder Engagement Lead will serve in a MULTI-FUNCTION ROLE combining QA leadership with stakeholder engagement. Develops testing strategy, acceptance criteria, EPLC review support ensuring zero-defect delivery (DIBS track record). Simultaneously coordinates partner agency engagement (15+ agencies), change management, adoption support. Creates critical architecture documentation. Requires versatile professional comfortable switching between technical QA and stakeholder facilitation.
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
- 8+ years QA/testing
- 5+ years stakeholder/change management
- 3+ years Federal systems
- Test strategy, master test plans, acceptance criteria
- UAT, integration, regression testing coordination
- EPLC review processes, risk/impact analysis
- Federal stakeholder engagement, change management
- Partner onboarding, adoption support, technical writing
Preferred Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's IT/Business
- ISTQB or equivalent, Change Mgmt (Prosci) preferred
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret trust or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
