IT Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure the quality and reliability of products and services through the implementation of quality assurance processes. You will collaborate with different teams to identify areas for improvement, developing quality control procedures, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Main Responsibilities.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product and service quality.
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with different teams to identify causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance procedures.
• Help develop and implement quality assurance procedures.
• Help maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions

Qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or similar careers.
• +5 years QA experience.
• Understanding of Automation frameworks and its applications in quality assurance processes.
• Experience in Manual testing and Automation testing.
• Advanced English Skills.
• Tricentis Tosca experience desirable.
