Coperion is now hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Sabetha, KS.
This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of a recognized quality assurance program to ensure that quality procedures are implemented during the production process, and a quality finished product is provided to the customer.
Work You’ll Do:
· Create quality plan/documentation to comply with ISO guidelines.
· Maintain and communicate quality procedures to manufacturing and engineering departments.
· Communicate documented quality plan to internal and external customers.
· Understand customer requirements and integrate into company quality processes.
· Manage and maintain inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials, components and finished products.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- ISO 9001-2015 expertise.
- AWS experience
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Lean leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASME knowledge
