We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Quality team based in Turkey.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading the Quality team in Turkey and ensuring that all garments produced in the region for the Woman, Man and Kids collection meet the company’s quality standards, technical specifications and brand expectations.

 

The role will oversee product inspections, factory quality performance, supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives, acting as the key quality reference for the local production network.

 
Team Leadership
 

·        Lead, coordinate and develop a team of Quality Technicians across Turkey.

·        Define priorities, inspection calendars and quality follow-up plans.

·        Ensure consistency in inspection criteria, reporting standards and decision-making.

·        Coach the team on garment construction, quality standards, problem solving and supplier management.
 

Quality Assurance & Inspections
 

·        Oversee pre-production, inline and final inspections across manufacturing facilities.

·        Ensure compliance with approved samples, technical specifications, measurements, workmanship and finishing standards.

·        Validate shipment release decisions based on inspection results and risk assessment.

·        Identify recurring quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
 

Supplier & Factory Management
 

·        Build strong working relationships with suppliers and factories.

·        Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, audits and quality scorecards.

·        Lead corrective and preventive action plans with suppliers.

·        Support supplier development to improve quality consistency, reliability and production capabilities.
 

Audits & Continuous Improvement
 

·        Conduct and supervise factory quality audits.

·        Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement sustainable solutions.

·        Drive initiatives to reduce defects, rework, delays, claims and returns.

·        Promote a strong quality culture across suppliers and internal teams.
 

Cross-Functional Collaboration
 

·        Work closely with Product, Design, Buying, Technical, Production and Sourcing teams.

·        Escalate critical quality risks and propose clear action plans.

·        Provide regular reporting on supplier performance, inspection results and quality trends.


ABOUT YOU
  • Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • High command of english is required. Both speaking and writing.
  • Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within the textile/fashion industry and working directly with factories and suppliers in Turkey, Egypt and Tunusia.
  • Strong experience in women’s, man and kids apparel manufacturing.
  • Previous experience leading Quality Technicians or inspection teams.
  • Solid knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fitting, measurements, workmanship and finishing processes.
  • Experience working directly with factories and suppliers in Turkey.
  • Strong knowledge of AQL standards, inspection methodologies, audits and CAPA processes.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel regularly across production facilities.
