- Lead QA Strategy and Execution across ecommerce projects, ensuring thorough test planning and execution for web and mobile platforms.
- Implement and scale QA automation frameworks using modern tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Drive functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for features related to product catalog, promotions, inventory, payments, and site search.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, UI/UX Designers, and Stakeholders.
- Conduct cross-browser and responsive testing to ensure consistent behavior across devices and platforms.
- Integrate and validate analytics through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and support A/B testing strategies.
- Own test case creation, execution, and traceability to requirements and defects.
- Lead daily defect triages, test reporting, and dashboard publishing using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
- Manage and mentor a QA team, providing guidance on best practices, career development, and performance.
- Ensure release readiness by conducting smoke, sanity, and regression testing cycles across environments.
- Act as a key quality champion within the development lifecycle, identifying quality risks early.
- 8+ years of QA experience with minimum 3 years in a lead role.
- Proven experience with ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Commercetools, or similar.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce features: product catalog, promotions, inventory, checkout, search, SEO.
- Expertise in QA automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, WebdriverIO, Cypress, Playwright).
- Experience with cross-browser/device testing and tools like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize), and tag validation.
- Comfortable in Agile/Scrum teams, with hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, Git.
- Experience preparing test plans, test cases, bug reports, and performance metrics dashboards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of headless commerce architecture and MACH principles.
