  About the role
  Our client is a financial services company dedicated to meeting the needs of rural communities and individuals in the agriculture industry. They are a leading financial services provider to hundreds of thousands of farmers and agribusinesses across the United States.
  We are looking for a Quality Assurance who will support the release and delivery process by collaborating with the QA and Development team, and participate in design and development reviews by providing feedback to product development teams.

The main responsibilities/tasks include:

• Test (manual and automated) debug, and analyze issues for projects throughout the entire process
• Develop test specifications or test cases for user stories
• Schedule demos, UAT sessions, and QA-related meetings
• Execute test cases based on business requirements
  Job Skills/Requirements
  - +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills
  - 5+ years of QA Automation experience, with hands-on experience writing test scripts
  - Strong experience with C#, and at least one Automation Framework like Selenium, PyTest, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, etc.
  - Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goal
  Nice to have:
  - Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) technologies
  - Experience with Python

Qualifications

3-6 years of QA Automation experience with hands-on experience writing test scripts
Strong experience with:
- C# (Currently using an in-house C# testing Framework)
- Automation Frameworks (Selenium, PyTest, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, etc.)

Flexibility in Requirements

Playwright is the preferred Automation Framework, but open to QA Engineers with strong experience in other Frameworks as well.
