What you will do...
- Own testing for a federal health supply chain product team, including what is automated and what is tested manually.
- Build and maintain automated regression suites that run in the delivery pipeline.
- Test functionality, performance, security and accessibility throughout each release cycle.
- Manage defects end to end: reproduce, document, triage and track to closure.
- Assess release readiness and report it with supporting evidence.
Minimum qualifications...
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of software quality assurance or test engineering experience.
- Hands-on test automation built and maintained inside a CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience testing inside an Agile or SAFe delivery team.
- Section 508 accessibility testing experience.
- Defect management and Agile lifecycle tracking in Jira.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation (Public Trust).
Preferred qualifications...
- Experience on federal health IT programs.
- Familiarity with federal IT governance and approved-tooling processes.
- Accessibility testing with assistive technology and scanning tools such as JAWS, NVDA, or axe.
- Performance and load testing experience (JMeter, k6, LoadRunner).
- API and service-layer test automation; contract testing experience.
- ISTQB certification, or a SAFe certification (SAFe Practitioner, SAFe DevOps).
- Experience testing supply chain, logistics, inventory, or asset management systems.
