Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Perform Quality Assurance manual testing of web-based applications
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with QA Director, Test Lead, developers, and other members of the  team
  • Support the ongoing creation and development of approaches to Quality Assurance
  • Proactively communicate status updates of issues and resolutions to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Expertise in testing web client-server applications
  • Experience in different testing methodologies and approaches
  • Strong experience with TestRail (or other TMS), issue tracking systems, and related tools
  • Experience in writing checklists and test cases creation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of bug tracking and test case management tools (Jira, TestRail)
  • You have an ownership mentality with a strong bias to action and a preference for being hands-on
  • Ability to learn new technology fast and working in a fast-growing environment

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Expertise with Selenium based automation frameworks as a plus 
  • Cross-browser/platform testing skills 
  • Understanding the health/insurance industry
