About the Team:
This role is part of a technically focused group within the Global Partner Engagement organization. Our team collaborates with cross-functional internal stakeholders and third-party partners to onboard and maintain OTT apps, streaming devices, and platform capabilities. Distributed across multiple time zones, we operate with shared principles and a unified mission: delivering the best possible OTT app experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and execute tests to onboard and troubleshoot OTT applications.
- Establish, document, and uphold test quality standards.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation.
- Implement configuration changes for OTT apps across development, staging, and production environments.
- Support testing of internally developed tools and utilities.
- Facilitate and coordinate work delivered by offshore team members.
- Audit the app catalog to ensure quality of targeted features and platform integrations.
- Support certification efforts for new device models.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Octane (ALM) or similar test management platforms.
- Comfort using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve productivity.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, multi time zone, cross-functional environment.
- Hands-on experience testing on set-top boxes and smart TVs.
- Experience managing production configurations and navigating change request processes.

Primary Location Pay Range: This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $101,283.38 - $135,044.50 USD.Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within the posted range for this role at the time of posting dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
