ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as an Quality Assurance Automation Developer. This role will be mostly remote but could require travel to Edmonton. This is a one year contract.
ROLE: Quality Assurance Automation Developer
The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:
MANDATORY:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.(8 years with a Bachelor’s degree or 10 years with a Diploma)
- 2 years experience in a senior QA role on the same Agile project for at least two years.
- 8 years experience in planning, writing test cases, scripts, and executing functional testing manually.
- 5 years experience with API testing and implementing testing with CI/CD pipelines in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- 8 years experience with database testing including data conversion testing in a large-scale enterprise environment
- 5 years experience with establishing and supporting automation test scripts in a large-scale enterprise environment
- 8 years experience with non-functional testing including load testing, performance testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, security testing, and end-to-end testing.
- 5 years experience working as a senior QA on large-scale enterprise Agile projects with 15 or more team members.
DESIRABLE:
- 5 years experience incrementally transforming existing legacy systems into modern digital services across multiple releases.
- 4 years experience using data analytic tools and methodologies to derive insights from data.
- 2 years experience with Jira, Example Mapping and Dual-Track development.
- 3 years experience with leading a QA team with three (3) or more team members in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- 3 years experience with User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
