- Support the planning and execution of quality assurance audits by scheduling, coordinating, and documenting audit activities as directed
- Perform data reviews and file audits and input audit data into QA systems accurately
- Enter and categorize audit and inspection findings within the electronic quality management system (eQMS)
- Solicit follow-up information from stakeholders and assist in the closure of audit findings
- Review and support approval of Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) and Effectiveness Check plans
- Assist in hosting customer audits and regulatory inspections, including acting as a scribe and coordinating document review
- Maintain QA documentation repositories and support investigator compliance tracking within QA databases
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical, technical, or related area, including GXP and/or Quality Assurance experience. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Req
- Knowledge of GXP regulations and quality assurance auditing techniques
- Experience with electronic quality management systems (eQMS) and Microsoft Office applications
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $43,400.00 - $108,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Skills Required
