Job Description
FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Quality Assurance Analysts II – Test Automation Lead in Jacksonville, FL to design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium/Java, RestAssured, JDBC, Cypress/JavaScript, IBM_DB and WebdriverIO. Create standard coding and implement best practices guidelines to follow for automation suite development. Conduct code reviews for automation teams to ensure adherence to defined coding standards and best practices. Develop and execute performance testing using JMeter to ensure system reliability and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Monitor and analyze test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements. Train and mentor junior QA analysts on automation tools and techniques. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Software Design, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium/Java, RestAssured, JDBC, Cypress/JavaScript, IBM_DB and WebdriverIO/JavaScript; integrating automation testcase in CI/CD pipeline to support continuous integration and deployment; creating and maintaining end-to-end test suite using Selenium/Java, RestAssured, JDBC, Cypress/JavaScript, IBM_DB and WebdriverIO/JavaScript to simulate user interactions for web applications, API and database to achieve regression, cross-browser, parallel test execution; creating standard coding and best practices guidelines to follow for automation suite development; conducting code reviews for automation teams to ensure adherence to defined coding standards and best practices; and creating and maintaining load and performance test scripts using JMeter to ensure system performance, scalability and reliability. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills.
