About the role:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest. This critical role involves establishing and executing compliance processes with your team and implementing a quality maturity roadmap for each IT functional area.
What you will be doing:
• Reviewing progress with IT leadership, technical teams and internal customers.
• Monitoring, evaluating, managing and executing testing processes.
• Providing subject matter expertise to IT teams on quality assurance methodologies.
• Making recommendations for improvements to the software development and testing process.
• Designing and monitoring performance metrics program for quality improvement.
What you will need:
• Automated tester to support platform, CICD, ongoing testing needs for our Payments platforms

• Load testing

• Java

• In-depth knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems lifecycle development methodologies as well as quality management and improvement.
• 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira) to organize and track testing efforts.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies.

• Previous fintech experience

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $119,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
