iSchool is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Associate to join our team in the EdTech sector. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our quality assurance processes to ensure that all educational programs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. You will work closely with the education and training teams to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of our educational content and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular evaluations of educational programs, including lessons, materials, and interactive sessions.
- Collect and analyze feedback from students and educators to assess the effectiveness of programs.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to the education team.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics and trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to ensure all team members are aware of quality assurance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or educational field.
- Solid programming background.
- Experience with educational game platforms like Godot, Buildbox, or Minecraft Education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for improving educational quality and student experience.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and quality management software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
