This position is responsible for providing operational leadership and hands-on management in the effective implementation of end-to-end Quality Management systems across the Agribusiness PH Business Unit. The role ensures that quality standards are consistently applied in all processes to support the achievement of business goals, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. It focuses on executing quality plans, maintaining robust assurance and control processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen a culture of quality and operational excellence.
QualificationsEducation & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or Operations is an advantage.
Professional certification in ISO 9001, HACCP, or equivalent quality management systems.
Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in quality management within agri-feed, food, or related manufacturing industry.
Proven track record in leading ISO 9001 and HACCP-compliant systems.
Hands-on experience in quality assurance, quality control, operational audits, and process improvement.
Demonstrated success in implementing PDCA, quality circles, and continuous improvement projects.

Strong operational leadership and team management capabilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills, capable of driving multiple initiatives simultaneously.

What We Do
PILMICO FOODS CORPORATION, the food and agribusiness subsidiary of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, is considered as one of the largest flour milling companies in the Philippines. We are primarily engaged in the manufacture of wheat flour and wheat by-products and have been ranked among the top three domestic flour producers in terms of sales. We import both soft and hard wheat, the primary raw material for our products, from the United States and Canada.
