Salary: $61,600-$63,600 per year

Clearbrook, a leading non-profit social services agency, is seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP). We will provide paid certification training for candidates who meet the state's minimum qualifications to invest in your professional growth. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for the residents in our community homes. You'll go beyond just ensuring compliance; you'll mentor a team of direct care staff and make a tangible difference in the quality of life for the individuals we serve.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in human services, social services, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • Valid IL driver's license.

Preferred:

  • Case management experience.
