Inspect raw materials and fabricated parts to blueprints and welding codes (AWS/AISC); perform dimensional and visual inspections, NDT testing (preferred), accept/reject parts, review shop drawings, document quality reports, and recommend corrective adjustments to meet production standards.

- Welding experience - strongly preferred
- NDT level II certifications (at least 2 of VT, MT, PT, and UT). Preferred, but not required.
- Two (2) years of relevant QC experience and required hours
- Pass a vision and color perception exam.
- High School diploma, GED or equitant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- U.S. citizen.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds to inspect weldments.
- Knowledge of defects and discontinuities per welding codes.
- Print reading experience.
- Able to use measuring tools (Tape, Caliper, etc.).
- Basic math skills, including fractions or decimals.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with shop floor and management.

Skills Required
