QARA Project Manager

What you’ll achieve
The QARA Project Manager supports global change management initiatives and programs based on a structured methodology. He/she defines, organizes, supports, documents, and monitors complex multiple inter-connected projects. For those activities the QARA Project Manager includes change management and project risk management, where applicable. He/she diligently develops and controls timelines, budgets & activities, managing internal and external stakeholders.
On a regular basis, the QARA Project Manager provides status reports for key stakeholders and decision makers.
You will:
•Plan the overall project, including definition of scope, allocation of resources, setting of deadlines, laying out communication strategies and indicating the goals.
•Support each stage of the project (planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, delivery)
•Supervise the project (Know who, what, where, when, and why) and ensure adherence to the project plan.
•Assemble and lead the project team.
•Serve as a liaison towards stakeholders to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
•Achieve a positive and pragmatic approach despite operating under pressure.

Essential Requirements
•Experience in Business Process/Tool projects and/or Organizational Change projects
•Experience of planning, budgeting, and executing complex multiple large-scale projects
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of program or project management software
•Good knowledge of IT related processes (incl. Lean & Agile)
•A solid understanding of how people go through change processes
•Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems
•Substantial and proven industry experience in a project management position or similar (preferably in a regulated industry such as HealthCare IT / Medical Device domain).
•Project Management Qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 / PMI) or job experience equivalent
Desirable Requirements
•Familiar with project management methodologies and practices
•Experience with large-scale organizational change projects and knowledge of change
management principles and methodologies.
•Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to work towards a common vision to achieve goals.
•Strong planning skills, highly organized, pragmatic, solution-oriented get-things-done
mentality, keeping requirements of a regulated environment in mind.
•Team player with the ability to analyze problems and recommend a course of action.
•Operational focus on progressing tasks in a continuously changing environment.
