 Day Shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM), with potential weekend overtime

What you’ll do
⦿ Production Scheduling: Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. You will release and track work orders, monitor progress against schedules, and adjust plans as needed to resolve bottlenecks. Success means maintaining efficient production flow with minimal delays.
⦿ Coordination & Communication: Work closely with production, quality, and materials teams daily to align activities and ensure material availability before job start. Effective communication and collaboration are key to success in this role.
⦿ Capacity & Process Planning: Plan around curing processes and equipment capacity to optimize production efficiency. You will support dispatch scheduling and help meet delivery commitments.
⦿ Operational Excellence: Monitor production progress, identify potential delays, and proactively implement solutions. Your role directly supports operational efficiency and reliable production outcomes.
⦿ Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
⦿ Experience in production planning and scheduling
⦿ Working knowledge of SAP
⦿ Strong communication and coordination skills
⦿ Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Nice-to-haves:
⦿ Three or more years of experience in production planning and scheduling
⦿ Manufacturing experience, preferably in rubber lining or steel fabrication industries

Skills Required

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC and planning within an industrial environment
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office with strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain MSHA certification
  • ISO 9001 certification and knowledge of quality systems such as Six Sigma and Lean
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in the steel fabrication industry and familiarity with ANSI flange specifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
