Position OverviewWe’re looking for a QA Engineer who’s passionate about ensuring quality across web, mobile, and backend platforms through both manual and automated testing.
This role focuses on test automation, API testing, regression coverage, and performance stability, with opportunities to work on AI-assisted QA workflows that accelerate testing efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering and Product to ship high-quality features quickly and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Design, write, and execute test cases for web, mobile, and internal platforms.
- Build and maintain automation scripts (UI and API) for regression and sanity testing.
- Conduct API testing and validation using tools such as Postman, Newman, or Rest Assured.
- Perform functional, usability, exploratory, and smoke testing on new and existing features.
- Identify, log, and track detailed bugs through resolution in GitHub and Jira.
- Leverage AI-assisted QA tools to generate tests, analyze logs, and eliminate repetitive tasks.
- Work closely with developers to understand feature requirements and test strategies.
- Continuously optimize test coverage, test execution speed, and QA efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation, CI/CD test pipeline improvements, and automation standards.
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in QA (manual + automation).
- Experience testing across web, mobile (iOS/Android), and APIs.
- Proficiency with Postman, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with version control and issue tracking (GitHub, Jira, or similar).
- Understanding of regression, smoke, and sanity testing principles.
- Familiarity with writing test plans, bug reports, and QA documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with CI/CD environments (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Exposure to AI-assisted QA tools or script generation (e.g., Codium, ChatGPT QA flows).
- Experience in API performance or load testing (JMeter, k6, or similar).
- Familiarity with logistics, marketplace, or SaaS platforms.
