WIN is a leading proptech company, and we're looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to help deliver high-quality software experiences across our mobile and web platforms. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring product reliability by testing end-to-end user journeys, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to improve product quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Test end-to-end user flows across web and mobile applications to ensure seamless user experiences
- Validate key product features including forms, media uploads, offline synchronization, and report generation
- Design, write, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman to validate functionality, reliability, and performance
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using JIRA and other testing tools
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release validation activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing frameworks, and quality standards
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automation testing
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of web, mobile, and SaaS application testing methodologies
- Experience performing API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and bug reports
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
