QA Test Engineer

Job Description:

Experience: 3-5 years

Skills and Tools:

· Proficiency in Playwright

· Experience with JUnit 5 and Mockito

· Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript

· Expertise in Cucumber and Selenium

· Proficient in SQL

· Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Design and develop test automation frameworks and strategies using Cucumber for API services.

· Work with unit testing frameworks like JUnit 5 and Mockito.

· Establish and implement test automation processes, including evaluating and planning the automation roadmap.

· Create test strategies, test plans, and test cases for projects managed through Agile development methodology.

· Oversee the design and development of automation testing frameworks for both front-end and back-end API services.

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Preferred:

· Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

· Knowledge of additional testing tools and frameworks.
