The QA/QC Technical Administrator is responsible for managing supply chain technical administrative functions across N. America, supporting the flow of products from suppliers to restaurants with a high degree of independence. Ensures documentation compliance and adherence to technical standards for food and non-food items through detailed, accurate administrative processes. The position plays a key role in supporting an effective credit process for stores reporting product issues and maintains consistent, professional communication with supplier partners. This role focuses on continuous improvement of technical standards and supplier compliance across the N. American supply base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform the primary administrative and data management functions within the FoodLogiQ Supplier Quality Management System to support supply chain quality operations.
Maintain, update, and validate supplier quality records in FoodLogiQ, including new supplier onboarding documentation, product specifications, and adherence to established Five Guys technical and quality standards.
Manage product quality issue intake, documentation, tracking, and submission to suppliers and distributors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper resolution.
Monitor, analyze, and identify trends related to supplier performance, product quality, and compliance; prepare and maintain weekly open-issue reports.
Provide ongoing administrative support and oversight of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and documentation requirements.
Ensure accurate creation, maintenance, and control of quality-related documentation in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Verify that all food and non-food items are correctly associated with approved suppliers for the North American supply network.
Maintain accurate supplier contact information and system records within FoodLogiQ.
Update and maintain franchisee contact information and store records, including new store openings, store changes, and updates as business needs evolve.
Support the Supply Management Team by assisting with supplier product quality and performance issues, with emphasis on identifying and reducing non-compliance.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supplier contacts to support proper execution and sustainability of Supplier Quality Systems.
Conduct quality trend analysis for suppliers and distributors as directed, summarizing findings to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical product information to the Food Safety and Marketing teams to support accurate allergen disclosure, nutritional information, and required publications.
Assist with monitoring Sensitech temperature control alarms for designated product categories (including beef, potatoes, and bread) from suppliers to distribution centers.
Maintain and update system user access permissions to support operational needs and data security.
Compile and analyze monthly system usage data and track device utilization to support program oversight and accurate cost tracking.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in food science, quality systems, supply chain or business administration or related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
2+ years of supplier quality systems, documentation control and SaaS administration.
Working knowledge of supplier quality management systems and documentation control processes; familiarity with food safety and quality frameworks (e.g., HACCP, GFSI, ISO) preferred.
Language Ability:
Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary.
Math Ability:
This position requires good business math and analytical skills
Computer Skills:
Proficient computer skills required in Microsoft Office Suite; Teams, Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis and presentations.
Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) systems and Food LogiQ or similar software preferred
Occasional travel may be required based on business needs, generally less than 10%.
