We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. If you have a strong background in QA processes, automation, and release management, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
✅ Build and maintain an automated testing infrastructure from scratch.
✅ Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality from the ground up.
✅ Become fluent in the product, domain, and lab automation processes.
✅ Manage the release cycle, combining multiple features into a single release and making the final call on build readiness.
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
🔹 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
🔹 Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
🔹 Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
🔹 Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.
🔹 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
