Join us as a QA Manager
QA Manager will be working with project managers, program managers and development teams to design, plan and support the execution of Quality Assurance and testing activities around the projects lifecycle.
As QA Manager you will hold an important role that assures that the solutions built are delivered in alignment with the requirements, with the expected quality and bullet proof in terms of defects. Beyond the normal activities, you will be also responsible to put in place a strategy to foster automated tests and to use AI as a key strategy approach for the future landscape of QA and testing. You will be working side by side with the leadership to define frameworks, tools and overall strategy.
Key accountabilities
• Manage the QA team and strategy for critical projects
• Analyze specific team testing requirements, execute and automate report on expected test cases to meet the quality department’s objectives
• Identify gaps and inconsistences based on product requirements and specifications
• Coordinates with other quality assurance units to meet company quality standards
• Define the strategy for QA and testing, from tools to methodologies, coaching and leading the teams towards it
• Define and lead the strategy for testing automation
Your profile
• Experience working in a global quality assurance team
• Experience managing QA and testing teams on a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
• Experience with the Agile project management methodology a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities
• Ability to interface with different project teams from the IT side to the business side
