QA Manager

Through our proprietary sweepstakes-based sportsbook and casino engine, we enable partners to launch their own fully branded, legally compliant gaming products. Our flagship consumer app, ReBet, demonstrates the power of the Trivelta platform, combining real social interactions, predictive gameplay, and casino entertainment in one unified experience.

Headquartered in Boston with operations in Monterrey, Barcelona, and Atlanta, we’re scaling rapidly and building a team passionate about redefining how people play, bet, and connect online.

We are looking for a QA Manager to own quality as a discipline across our platform. This is not a ticket-execution role, it is an ownership role. You will define what quality means at Trivelta, build the processes and tooling to support it, and be the person who gives the team confidence before anything ships.
You will work closely with the Tech Lead, the frontend and backend leads, and the broader product and engineering team. You will sit in on planning, push back on unclear requirements, and be an active voice
in how we build, not just a gatekeeper at the end.

• Quality strategy : Defining standards, coverage expectations, and quality gates across the platform
• Test planning and execution: Functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across
web, mobile, and backend surfaces
• Release confidence: Owning the go/no-go signal from a quality perspective before production
deployments
• Bug triage: Assessing and prioritising incoming issues, working with engineering to route and
resolve them
• Test automation: Identifying what can and should be automated, building and maintaining the
tooling to support it
• Cross-functional collaboration: Working with product, engineering, and compliance to make sure
quality is built in, not bolted on

• Experience in QA with a strong engineering foundation, whether through a background in development, self-directed learning, or hands-on work with automation, infrastructure, or backend
systems
• A track record of taking ownership of quality as a domain, not just following a process someone else designed
• Comfort operating autonomously — you will be given projects and goals, not step-by-step instructions
• Strong systems thinking — understanding how changes propagate and where risk lives, not just whether the feature works in isolation
• Familiarity with modern tooling and an active habit of optimising your own workflow, including with AI tools
• Clear communication and the confidence to push back when something is not ready to ship
