We are looking for an experienced and motivated QA/Test Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team and drive excellence in software quality across our digital delivery initiatives.
As QA Manager , you will be responsible for leading the QA team, defining testing strategies, and ensuring high-quality standards across all products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
You will primarily be responsible for:
- Leading the quality assurance strategy and execution for digital products and platforms, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability
- Managing and mentoring a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Designing, implementing and maintaining test plans, test cases and automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications
- Coordinating with product owners, developers and stakeholders to define quality objectives and acceptance criteria
- Identifying, tracking and reporting defects, and driving root cause analysis and resolution
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA processes
- Contributing to the evolution of digital delivery by recommending process improvements and new tools with a strong emphasis on AI adoption
Your profile:
- Strong technical skills in software testing methodologies, test automation tools , and experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent understanding of web and microservices application architectures
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Experience with Agile / DevOps methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Technical background in software engineering or related fields
- Knowledge and experience in th AI agentic apply in Test context
- Attention to detail and orientation towards excellence
- Minimum five years of experience in quality assurance, with at least two years in a managerial or lead role
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field; ISTQB certification is a plus
- Fluent in English
