QA Manager for Digital

We are looking for an experienced and motivated QA/Test Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team and drive excellence in software quality across our digital delivery initiatives.

As QA Manager , you will be responsible for leading the QA team, defining testing strategies, and ensuring high-quality standards across all products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Leading the quality assurance strategy and execution for digital products and platforms, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability
• Managing and mentoring a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
• Designing, implementing and maintaining test plans, test cases and automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications
• Coordinating with product owners, developers and stakeholders to define quality objectives and acceptance criteria
• Identifying, tracking and reporting defects, and driving root cause analysis and resolution
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA processes
• Contributing to the evolution of digital delivery by recommending process improvements and new tools with a strong emphasis on AI adoption

Your profile:

• Strong technical skills in software testing methodologies, test automation tools , and experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent understanding of web and microservices application architectures
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Experience with Agile / DevOps methodologies
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical background in software engineering or related fields

• Knowledge and experience in th  AI agentic apply in Test context
• Attention to detail and orientation towards excellence
• Minimum five years of experience in quality assurance, with at least two years in a managerial or lead role
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field; ISTQB certification is a plus
• Fluent in English
