Job Summary:
Experienced Infor LN Test Lead to take charge of end-to-end testing activities for Infor LN ERP implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ERP testing, integration testing, and have hands-on experience in managing test strategies, execution, and defect management within an Agile/DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in ERP testing, with a minimum of 3 years specifically working with Infor LN and/or BaaN
- Expertise in Infor LN / BaaN ERP functional modules including Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Infor LN / BaaN ERP implementations, migrations, and upgrades
- Lead functional, regression, system, integration, UAT, and performance testing for Infor LN and BaaN applications
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to ensure comprehensive test coverage for business processes
- Develop and maintain test scripts for Infor LN/BaaN
- Manage test execution and track defects using DevOps, qTest, JIRA, or similar test management tools
- Automation experience is preferred
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in software testing and QA methodologies, including both manual and automated testing practices.
- Strong expertise in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Hands-on experience with QA tools, frameworks, and automation technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Previous experience leading QA efforts for enterprise-scale projects.
