Job Description
1. Responsible and ensure full compliance and implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the production of latex examination and nitrile gloves.
2. Review and update all documented procedures periodically to meet current operation practices to ensure gloves meet desired specifications and quality.
3. To enforce strict QA and QC policies and procedures to ensure produced gloves meet set specifications.
4. Handle customer complaints, carry out detailed investigation starting from defect samples, retainer samples, QA/QC control records, in-process records and submit record finding to Marketing department within stipulated time. Once the root causes are identified, to document and implement corrective and preventive measures.
5. To assist in R&D activities in establishing new products, sample preparation and establish technical specifications for new products.
6. To liaise with other departments to produce the required quantity and quality gloves that meet the stipulated requirements.
7. To proactively provide relevant support and initiate necessary activities in conforming to required regulatory conditions and specifications in meeting set quality goals.
8. To accomplish QA department human resource’s objective by training, assigning, scheduling work, coaching and disciplining employees to meet set goals and targets.
9. To undertake other ad-hoc tasks deemed necessary or relevant that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Job Requirement
Knowledge of ISO standards and GMP regulations (Familiar with the standards related in glove manufacturing is an added advantage)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Strong analytical capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
At least 1 year of experiences from related field or industry.
