What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and define test plans.
- Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and API applications.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning to advocate for quality from the start.
- Define and improve QA processes, tools, and metrics as the team and product scale.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of QA or software testing experience.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect tracking.
- Experience in manual and automated testing.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll wear multiple hats.
- Bonus: experience in medical software.
