Key Qualifications
• Participate in creating the requirements to understand
what and how to test.
• Write user test cases for the project/client that you are
assigned to.
• Create bug reports with comprehensive information on them
so that producers and developers can replicate the report if possible.
• Get a deep understanding of each project you work on so
that you are aware of all systems involved.
• Be able to use tools such as “Charles” to see network
traffic and be able to see how this can affect the project.
• Perform exploratory testing on iOS/Android/Web
• Perform regression testing on iOS/Android/Web
• Perform functional testing on on iOS/Android/Web
• Test automation. We like when QA is focusing on the hard stuff,
not the repetitive
tasks.
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Execute test cases (automated or manual) and analyze the
results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues (triage)
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality
throughout the software development lifecycle
• Attend studio meetings in a timely manner whether within
the department or company wide.
• Participate in the release of new version to be able to
assist the rest of the S&O team in understanding new features.
Skills Required
