We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our securities lending systems built on Fidessa or Ullink. The QA will develop and execute test plans, conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT), and collaborate with developers and business teams to deliver robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain test cases and testing scripts for securities lending workflows and platform functionality.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to identify and resolve issues.
- Support testing activities related to system upgrades, new implementations, and process changes.
- Assist in validating dashboards, reports, and automation tools for securities lending activities.
- Document test results and produce detailed defect reports.
- Ensure all systems comply with regulatory and internal policies through thorough testing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in QA testing within financial services, especially involving trading or securities lending systems.
- Familiarity with Fidessa, Ullink, or similar trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of securities lending processes, settlements, and relevant risk factors.
- Experience with test automation tools and scripting (optional but advantageous).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills for coordinating with technical and business teams
