QA Engineer (Mid-Senior Level) - Cyprus, Georgia

This role can be based onsite in Nicosia, Cyprus or remote in Georgia!

• Reluna Family Governance – a digital platform helping families govern their wealth, values, and legacy across generations.

We are looking for a QA Engineer (mid–senior level) to own and elevate our quality assurance processes within the Family Governance team. You will play a hands-on role in designing, implementing and automating tests across our systems, ensuring the reliability and performance of every release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain automated test frameworks across web and backend systems
• Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies including functional, regression, and performance testing
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Identify, document, and track defects — ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to QA best practices and process optimization
• Support ongoing QA tool evaluation and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and coverage.

• Test Automation: Playwright, Jest, ViTest, Allure, TestOps
• Backend Testing: Postman, REST Assured, JMeter, Jest, ViTest
• Frontend Testing: Jest, Creevey, StoryTest
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
• CI/CD & DevOps: GitHub Actions, Terraform, ArgoCD

What We Are Looking For:

• 4+ years in software QA, with strong exposure to automation and modern testing tools
• Solid knowledge of test automation (Playwright, Jest, ViTest or similar) and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, JMeter)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building reliable, secure, high-quality software
• Comfortable working in a distributed team environment and engaging across departments
• Clear, structured communicator with excellent written and spoken English, and Russian at working professional capacity.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in similar industries
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing or test automation frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and/or DevOps methodologies.
