We are looking for a QA Engineer (mid–senior level) to own and elevate our quality assurance processes within the Family Governance team. You will play a hands-on role in designing, implementing and automating tests across our systems, ensuring the reliability and performance of every release.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain automated test frameworks across web and backend systems
- Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, document, and track defects — ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to QA best practices and process optimization
- Support ongoing QA tool evaluation and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and coverage.

- Test Automation: Playwright, Jest, ViTest, Allure, TestOps
- Backend Testing: Postman, REST Assured, JMeter, Jest, ViTest
- Frontend Testing: Jest, Creevey, StoryTest
- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
- CI/CD & DevOps: GitHub Actions, Terraform, ArgoCD
What We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years in software QA, with strong exposure to automation and modern testing tools
- Solid knowledge of test automation (Playwright, Jest, ViTest or similar) and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, JMeter)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building reliable, secure, high-quality software
- Comfortable working in a distributed team environment and engaging across departments
- Clear, structured communicator with excellent written and spoken English, and Russian at working professional capacity.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in similar industries
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing or test automation frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and/or DevOps methodologies.
