About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong expertise in Manual Testing and working knowledge of Automation Testing. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality across the full software lifecycle — from requirement validation to release. Experience in the Private Market or Blockchain will be a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for functional, regression, integration testing.
· Perform manual and automated testing of web and/or mobile applications to ensure product quality.
· Build and maintain automation test scripts for regression and smoke testing using frameworks like Selenium, Playwright or Cypress.
· Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers to understand requirements and define test coverage.
· Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to the overall test strategy and planning.
· Identify, log, and manage defects using Jira and track them through closure.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness and production quality.
· Contribute to process improvement, test documentation.
· (Good to have) Exposure to Private Market/Investment domain applications and related workflows.
Requirements
· 3–5 years of QA experience with a strong foundation in Manual and Automation Testing.
· Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
· Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management lifecycle.
· Experience using test management tools (e.g., TestRail) and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
· Ability to analyse complex requirements and design effective test cases.
· Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· (Good to have) Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman) and SQL for data validation.
· Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in communicating with offshore team (China) is a plus.
