We are looking for an experienced Tester (QA/QC) to join our Spartan Team. Who is passionate about building, testing, and working closely with various stakeholders to deliver top-notch software. You will be able to solve challenging problems, work with the latest tech stack, and work with talented engineers to contribute meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and development teams to gather, validate, and refine product requirements.
- Document and analyze business requirements, making decisions on test strategies.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business needs.
- Conduct various testing types, including API and functional testing.
- Identify and address issues, recurring patterns, and risks to enhance system quality.
- Recommend improvements for testing processes.
- Generate structured test plans and documentation.
- Assess the impact of existing and proposed solutions on the business.
Requirements:
- From 2 years of software testing experience with a strong QA mindset.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in testing across browsers, devices, and business analysis.
- Creative problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the testing process.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL and experience with tools like Jira, Notion and Postman.
- Proactive, forward-thinking approach.
- Experience in AI testing is plus
- Experience in business analysis, Scrum, and basic automation is a plus.
