- Secure day to day product and sustainability compliance for all product prior shipment
- Validate product documentation, ensuring all test reports and compliance attributes meet requirements.
- Coordinate product registration processes across relevant markets.
- Verify packaging and labelling compliance, ensuring alignment with legal and brand standards.
- Support pre-production risk assessments, identifying and mitigating compliance and quality risks.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality and compliance performance.
- Manage and follow up on failed test reports, coordinating with Production and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Ensure timely tracking and reporting of compliance status across products.
- Support QA Specialists in maintaining accurate compliance records and systems.
- Daily FUP with suppliers to secure product and sustainability compliance
- Work proactively with supplier's QA team to ensure compliance during bulk production and prior shipment
- Partner with Production to secure supplier's compliance performance
- Partner with Quality Control team to ensure compliance implementation and transparency
- Work closely with Global Nominated Labs to accelerate in finding the best compliance solution
