Job Overview:

The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) programme is a strategic transformation initiative to implement the Ironclad CLM platform across the organization. The programme aims to standardize and automate the end-to-end contract lifecycle, integrating with enterprise applications including CRM, SharePoint, Single Sign-On (SSO), and DocuSign.

The Test Manager will lead the testing strategy and execution across the programme, ensuring the quality of the CLM solution, integrations, and business processes prior to deployment.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to define and deliver the end-to-end testing strategy for a large-scale enterprise CLM implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing all testing activities across multiple workstreams, including functional, integration, system, regression, user acceptance, and non-functional testing.

Working closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Integration Teams, Product Owners, and third-party vendors, the Test Manager will ensure the solution is delivered to the highest quality standards while managing risks, defects, and release readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan for the CLM programme.
• Define the test approach across Functional, SIT, Integration, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
• Coordinate testing across multiple vendors, business teams, and technical delivery teams.
• Lead test planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource management.
• Establish test governance, quality gates, entry and exit criteria, and reporting.
• Manage test environments, test data, and deployment dependencies.
• Ensure comprehensive validation of integrations with:
• CRM
• SharePoint
• DocuSign
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Other enterprise applications
• Oversee defect management, triage meetings, prioritisation, and resolution tracking.
• Produce test metrics, dashboards, and executive status reports.
• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, user stories, test scenarios, and defects.
• Collaborate with Release Management to support production readiness and go-live activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality assurance practices.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead on enterprise transformation programmes.
• Proven experience delivering testing for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), LegalTech, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience testing enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Strong knowledge of System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), Regression Testing, UAT, and Release Testing.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr, Xray, or ALM.
• Experience producing Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Completion Reports, and quality dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and third-party suppliers.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with the Ironclad CLM platform.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes.
• Experience with DocuSign integrations.
• Experience testing SharePoint and CRM integrations.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, including SSO.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification (preferred).
• Agile or Scrum certification is desirable.
