- Experiencia mínima de 4 años.
- Inglés: Intermedio / avanzado (conversacional).
Responsabilidades del puesto:
- Lead the design and implementation of test strategies and plans.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior QA engineers.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress, Jmeter, and Postman.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement in QA processes - Act as a subject matter expert in software testing and quality assurance.
