As an Automation Tester, your primary objective will be to ensure that the system or system modules function in accordance with established requirements, interact correctly with their interfaces, and detect defects (errors) early on, thereby preventing their propagation and arrival in the client's environment (production). We are seeking a professional who not only has experience in testing within the realm of software development but can also bring their knowledge and expertise to help us create and enhance the working strategy of our Quality Assurance (QA) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design test plans.
- Define test cases based on functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
- Integration Testing: Define integration tests to be performed.
- Manage test environment configuration.
- Generate scenarios for test execution.
- Execute test cases.
- Document tests (evidence).
- Log incidents based on identified defects and follow up to ensure proper correction.
- Analyze and report test results, statistics, etc.
- Participate during system design stage in developing test strategies.
- Participate in defining and reviewing standards and norms applicable to design and construction.
- Performance testing.
- Acceptance testing.
- Usability/navigation testing.
- Installation testing.
- User manuals.
Requirements
- Essential: +2 years of experience in Selenium WebDriver or TestCafe
- Experience with Automation Testing
- Essential: SQL.
- Essential: Chrome Dev Tools.
- Essential: Postman or APIS Tester.
- Desirable: Appium
- Desirable: MySQL.
- Desirable: NoSQL.
- Desirable: Amazon AWS.
- Desirable: Selenium IDE
- English advanced (Fluent) is a must
