Job Role: QA Automation Engineer (Automation Testing with API & Selenium)

Role Overview
This role focuses on QA Automation Testing with API and Selenium for enterprise-grade financial technology platforms. The engineer will work in a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment delivering high-quality automated testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement automated test strategies and test scenarios
• Develop, maintain, and execute automation test cases
• Perform API testing and backend validations
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint deliverables
• Monitor CI pipelines and ensure test stability on Jenkins
• Perform RCA and support defect resolution
Must Have Skills & Experience
• 4–6 years of experience in QA Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation
• API testing using Postman / SoapUI / RestAssured
• Strong programming skills in C# .NET
• Experience with SQL / PostgreSQL databases
• Experience with Jenkins CI
• Experience with Playwright
• Experience with Docker and AWS cloud services
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Good to Have Skills
• Exposure to release management processes
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with Object Oriented Programming and Design
Education
• IT Bachelor (B.E.) or master’s degree in computer science (M.C.S.) / Computer Applications (M.C.A.)
