At CalypsoAI, we’re growing our team, looking for a skilled QA Automation to help ensure the quality of AI Security. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow as an automation engineer, building out tests and tools for world-first AI security software, making your role critical for the success of our business.
We have a strong belief that a robust QA process enables product reliability and developer confidence. You’ll be responsible for continuing to build out our existing automation framework and improving our QA process.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality - Provide quality guarantee through automations and manual testing where required. Focusing on the quality needs of the product at any given time
- Build - Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright and similar tools
- Collaborate - Work with development engineers and product to identify and prioritise testing needs
- Communicate - Clearly communicate bugs and quality issues, working with engineering teams to resolve issues
- Progress - Work with other QA engineers to maintain and improve testing standards and procedures, ensuring product quality comes first
- Code Review - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testing-related code
- Learn - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA process and automation testing
- Agile - Participate in Agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- 2+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Javascript, Typescript, or Python
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Strong understanding of software testing practices and principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
