We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive QA Automation Engineer with solid experience in Java automation to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements/design reviews to ensure testability and become acquainted with new product enhancements.
- Create and support test documentation (including test plans/test specifications/test results) to align with project requirements and timelines.
- Develop and maintain test cases/test scripts/test suites.
- Automate repetitive manual tests using Java.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using various frameworks.
- Developing and executing non-functional tests (performance).
- Select and implement appropriate testing tools based on project needs.
- Work on new and enhanced software releases of applications in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collaborate with developers to prioritise and resolve defects effectively.
- Proactively identify and propose improvements to the testing process.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
Must have:
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
- 4+ years of related work experience.
- Solid test automation experience with Java.
- Experience with Performance testing.
- Good knowledge of QA theory and computer science fundamentals: design patterns, development architecture, databases, MQ, concurrency, distributed systems.
- Experience in integration with CI/CD.
Nice to have:
- ISTQB Foundation level certification.
- Experience in setting up testing processes from scratch.
- Experience with Spring Boot.
- Database knowledge (SQL).
- Experience with automation build tools (e.g., Maven), agile/project management tools (e.g., Xray), and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).
- Experience with JUnit.

- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, challenging environment and be able to adapt easily to changes.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
