What will you do?
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality
- Report and track software defects and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that testing is comprehensive and thorough
- Participate in the development of software documentation, including user manuals, help files, and training materials
- Stay current with new testing tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts
- Execute automated tests and ensure that they are reliable, repeatable, and efficient
- Analyze test results, identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- 6+ years of experience in software testing, including automation experience
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Ability to write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, etc.) and experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
