What will you actually be doing?

As the QA Architect, you'll be a key member of our Tech team, driving quality strategy and execution. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical depth, and exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for end-to-end success, from building the quality roadmap to overseeing its execution, while engaging and leading key stakeholders.What will you actually be doing?

  • Define, build and lead our quality strategy
  • Proactively drive the culture changes needed to meet the quality bar
  • Own the quality domain and serve as a focal point for all QA matters, methodology and convention, in the team
  • Create quality processes, define our testing approach and set quality criteria
  • Analyze end-to-end system and functional testing and report to key stakeholders, highlighting risks & possible mitigations
  • Be involved in the design and build process of upcoming product releases
  • Be part of an agile team, working in CI/CD environment while advocating for high-quality standards
  • Lead the testing cycle domain from planning to delivery
  • Work closely with the R&D, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Research and suggest how to integrate automation and AI in our quality flow

Requirements

Requirements

  • At least 7 years experience in Manual/Automation Testing
  • At least 2 years experience working in a management role
  • At least 5 years experience working with Sass
  • Hands on experience in leading cross company complex initiatives
  • Agile environment experience and mindset
  • Good understanding of the entire software development lifecycle
  • Experience with CI/CD testing strategies
  • Able to lead without authority
  • You thrive on goal and result-oriented tasks
  • A can-do attitude and strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think outside of the box
  • High Level of English is mandatory

It Will Be Great If You Have:

  • HR tech experience and/or FinTech experience
  • Development experience (any language)ה
