Join Pixieset as a QA Analyst and help ensure the delivery of a high-quality, all-in-one platform for photographers and creative professionals. In this role, you'll conduct both automated and manual testing, create and execute detailed test plans, analyze results, and provide valuable recommendations for improvement. Working closely with the Engineering team, you'll play a key role in identifying and resolving issues. Your sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and passion for quality will help us continue to deliver a world-class product to over 1 million users worldwide.

Your Impact

  • Collaborate with Engineering to deliver high-quality, bug-free features
  • Execute automated and manual testing including exploratory, acceptance, integration, and regression testing
  • Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Perform comprehensive testing across browsers, devices, and email campaigns
  • Support Software Developers by identifying and documenting bugs and issues during development
  • Assist the Test Automation team by identifying test cases for automated regression suites and creating automated tests
  • Aid the Customer Support team in reproducing technical issues and creating bug tickets
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams on time estimates, risks, and mitigation plans

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of quality assurance experience
  • Ability to read and interact with various web stack related languages (PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS)
  • Experience using automated testing frameworks (e.g. Cypress)
  • Experience with testing practices in an Agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Possess a critical eye for user-centric design and flows
